"Loved that they had received my message on the early check , and the room was ready ...something you don't see in Europe ... thank you ... the hotel is very cozy and quaint . loved the service ... all staff were super helpful . the only thing I would have a grouse would be 240 euros per night . slightly expensive for a room of this size ... other than that ... located in a very nice area which was really close to the metro ... definitely a nice place to stay"

An Very nice Stay, I'll RETURN

heavy bag polite chambermaids luxury furniture

marco, the night keeper, carried my HEAVY bag from the lobby. the chambermaids are also very polite. The entire team is wonderful. i saw how clean and luxury furnished the bedrooms are.

The elevator did not REACH the floor where my room was. This meant i had to climb some stairs.

the hotel is an EXCELLENT base address to walk to attractions. several metro stations are nearby, these provide access to both airports. the location is very central for monuments.

The breakfast presented a good deal compared to local brasseries. croissants were VERY excellent and there was a variety available. baguettes were great. The quality of food is high.

friendly staff necessary amenities convenient location

The staff was always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and included all necessary amenities plus extra ones. The hotel location is convenient. It is a short walk from the Place de la Concorde.

The elevator only reached the 4th floor, so I had to climb one floor to reach my room.

Fantastic Location and Friendly Service

great location helpful staff

The location was really great. It was very close to many Metro stops! The hotel was also clean, I found. The staff members were helpful, too. I certainly appreciated that. I had a nice experience.

The elevator didn't reach my floor. My room was on the fifth floor, but the lift only went to the fourth. This wasn't a huge problem for me. But it might be for some guests. It is worth keeping in mind. You need to carry your luggage.

what a find, i tell you!

great location helpful advice staff hospitality

the location was great because i could easily walk to many spots. the front desk staff give great advice for trains to the airport and even told us to take the train over the subway. this way we manage to carry our luggages easily by using the escalators. the staff hospitality stood out, and the facilities felt very well maintained.

our room were on the fifth floor, the elevator only went to the fourth. walking one floor wasn't a problem, but the wooden floors was quite noisy. walking inside the room made the floor creak noticeably.

the room feature perfect lighting and reading lamps. convenient charging outlets for smartphones are also in the room, a plus after a long day. the good bathroom include a great shower and a towel heater.

the reception staff are friendly and cute. the hotel management is attentive, and respond very promptly to our concerns. they advise us to take the train instead of the subway because it have escalators to easily carry our luggages.

the hotel staff was attentive. they ensured i had fresh towels and toiletries daily. i appreciated their genuine care and willingness to assist with any request.

the room lacked a proper soundproofing. i could hear street noise clearly, even late at night. it sometimes disrupted my sleep schedule.

i had simple access to the metro lines. it was very close to major shopping spots. the room size felt generous. i found various restaurants and bars nearby. i appreciated how easy it was to get around and find dining options. i also liked having a spacious room .

the elevator only goes to the fourth floor and my room was on the fifth so i had to walk one flight of stairs
